Teach Portsmouth Support and Teaching Assistant Jobs Fair

Portsmouth Central Library | Wednesday 19 November 2025| 10am - 2pm

The Teach Portsmouth Support and Teaching Assistant Jobs Fair is the city’s dedicated recruitment event for support roles in education.

Held across two sessions, the fair welcomes between 150–200 attendees who are keen to explore careers in the classroom, as well as training and apprenticeship opportunities.

Each session begins with a series of presentations led by Teach Portsmouth and local training providers, including The Learning Place. Attendees then hear directly from school and college staff, followed by a panel Q&A to answer questions and share insights.

After the presentations, delegates move into the exhibition area to meet 10 exhibitors, including schools, colleges, training providers, and Portsmouth City Council services.

Portsmouth’s largest education recruitment fair returns to the iconic Guildhall, as the big bronze doors reopen for another day of opportunity.
